A.M. Haire Delivery Procedure

Customer Pick Ups:

AMH requires a minimum of 24 hour notice prior to anyone attempting to come to our facility to pickup a finished truck. Additionally, prior to customer's arrival, the truck must be released, in writing, by the distributor. Failure to provide proper release and or notice will cause undue delay to the party trying to pick up the truck. Release and notification must go to the Transportation Department of AMH, but it is strongly recommended that both the Transportation Department and the Sales Department be copied on said notices.

AMH does not provide pickup service at the airport. It is the customer's responsibility to provide transportation to AMH. Greensboro (GSO) is the closest airport and is about 30 miles away. Raleigh Durham (RDU) and Charlotte (CLT) are other major airports, but are about 70 miles from AMH. Taxi service is available from all three airports. High Point, which is 10 miles away, is the closest bus stop.

Pick up hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
AMH will not leave any truck outside locked gates for customer pick up after hours. It is the customer's responsibility to make necessary arrangements to pick up during normal business hours.

Pick up hours for storage containers located at Ballpark Rd:
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 3pm

Deliveries:

Delivery quotes and arrangements may be made through the AMH Transportation Department. Any changes to the delivery status of a sales order must be made in writing to the Transportation Department and it is recommended that the Sales Department is copied on such requests. While being delivered, AMH carries full insurance to cover the vehicle. The truck will be delivered to desired destination during normal business hours, unless other arrangements/requests have been made.
